LND Giveaway!

I’m happy (and excited!!) to announce our first ever Wedding Day Giveaway.

Do you know someone planning to get married in 2010 that has a fun or inspiring story?  We’re accepting submissions to our giveaway starting today, Tuesday January 19th.  All you have to do is email info@lndevents.com and share why they (or you!) are deserving of a FREE wedding day coordination collection.  You can nominate yourself, your neighbor, sister, brother, mother… anyone that is getting married and hasn’t already secured the services of a wedding planner.  Heck, if you are a vendor, you can even nominate one of your clients!

Please include the date of the event, the location of both the ceremony and reception, both the bride and grooms name, and a short story about the couple (either share why they are a deserving couple or a fun/inspirational story about them as a couple).  If you have an engagement photo or a recent snapshot please include that too!

The Details:

Lindsey Nartker Designs is offering the services of a wedding day coordinator to one deserving couple.  As a wedding day coordination client, you will have the opportunity to work with a professional wedding coordinator.  During our consultations, we’ll review each element you’ve planned, ensure all details are in order and offer guidance on anything you can think of.  We’ll work together to create a detailed itinerary for the week leading up to your wedding and will be onsite throughout your entire event to help execute your plans.  We’ll be there to assist with decor set-up, ensure the overall flow of your event is seamless and handle any bridal party needs that may arise.  We’ll also have our extensive emergency kit on hand and available to you and your guests.

Submissions will be accepted through Monday February 1, 2010.  A team of 2 non-wedding related professionals will select the top 3 finalists.  Each finalist and their story will be posted on Tuesday, February 2, 2010.  Voting for the winner will begin immediately following the announcement of each finalist.  Voting will be open through Tuesday, February 9, 2010.

The winning couple will be announced on Friday, February 12, 2010.

Common Questions:

I’m already a client of Lindsey Nartker Designs or I’ve already hired another wedding planner.  Can I still apply?

Sorry, this giveaway is only open to couples that have not yet hired a wedding planner.  Current clients of Lindsey Nartker Designs or other wedding planners are not eligible.

My wedding is not in Michigan.  What happens if I win?

Any out of state clients will be responsible for travel expenses for two event coordinators.  The collection elements still remain the same.

I’m interested in more than just wedding day coordination.  Can I upgrade to a collection that includes more planning assistance?

Yes.  Each situation will be handled individually, but we are certainly willing to accommodate your needs.

If I win, what exactly am I responsible for?

All you have to do is be available for either 3 in-person or phone consultations and provide a meal at the reception for both coordinators.
