A quick holiday gift wrapping tip – instead of using gift tags on each of the gifts you’re wrapping this year, why not use a special roll of wrapping paper for each person in your family? Adam and I each buy a new roll of paper for each other – this way I know my gifts are wrapped in blue, his are wrapped in red. My family gets the green paper – his gets the silver paper. When it’s time to head out for family parties, it’s super easy to spot all the {blue/green/silver/red} presents we need to take with us and we’ve helped the environment just a tiny bit by not using a separate gift tag just to write names on the gifts. (Okay, but then how do you know your mom’s gift from your sister’s gift… right? That is what the scrap wrapping paper is for! I just fold over a little piece and write their name on it… much better than throwing away all your scraps!)
